Development History
2013-Founding
· The company was established, and the “Soke” trademark was registered, launching the “Soke Learning Management System.”
· “Soke” secured a top five position in the third Black Horse Entrepreneurship Finals.
2014-Product Refinement
· The “Soke Mobile Learning Platform” was launched on major application markets, including the App Store.
· “Hunan Zhongyan Changde Cigarette Factory” became the first co-creation client of “Soke.”
2015-Customization
· Won third prize at the China Human Resources Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
· Built corporate universities for large enterprises like Jinpai and Digital China, with total platform learners exceeding 2 million.
2016-Business Transformation
· Transitioned from a traditional software company to a SaaS enterprise in the digital age, earning the title of High-Tech Enterprise.
· Joined IBM CSC (Corporate Services Volunteer Team) as a partner and integrated into the DingTalk ecosystem, receiving comprehensive support from IBM and DingTalk in strategy, operations, and technology.
2017-All-In with Alibaba
· Became the first training ISV for DingTalk and received the “Best Product Experience Award” at the DingTalk SaaS Competition.
· Established itself as the official learning platform for DingTalk and China Unicom.
2018-Dual Headquarters
· Established a headquarters in Hangzhou to integrate into Alibaba’s internet ecosystem and registered the “DingXue” trademark, becoming a strategic partner of DingTalk.
· Awarded “New Economy Enterprise of the Year 2018” by Hangzhou City.
· Collaborated with Alibaba to explore overseas markets and launched the international brand “DLearning Empowerment Academy.”
2019-Major Clients
· Secured investment from JiaYin Capital and established a government affairs division to expand into government and state-owned enterprise clients.
· Successfully bid for over ten digital learning platform projects for ministries and provincial departments, including the “State Taxation Administration,” “General Administration of Customs,” “National Bureau of Statistics,” and “Zhezheng Ding.”
2020-Expansion
· Received substantial investment from Guangyun, establishing offices in ten major cities and six military districts, with over 250 employees.
· The CEO attended the “Yunqi Conference” as a guest speaker on digital transformation in government and became a “super partner” of Alibaba Cloud’s government DingTalk.
· Recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Enterprise” and one of the “Top Ten Most Valuable Institutions for Corporate Training” in China.
2021-Industry Integration
· Established an industry line team and launched industry-specific products and course content, such as “Quick Regularization.”

2022-Multi-Ecosystem Customer Acquisition & Content Supply Chain

2023-Solution BU Reform

2024-AI and Globalization
· Reconstructed product business using AI principles and won the Innovation Award at the DingTalk “AI Assistant Competition.”
· Became the first ISV for ByteDance’s overseas “Lark” and a global ISV for Microsoft Teams.
